"Tantric Practice: What It Is and What It Is Not" is an interactive talk by Acharya Dr. Sthaneshwar Timalsina.
There are so many Tantric texts, Tantric deities, and Tantric Practices...it can be confusing as to what Tantric practice really is and what it is all about. Acharya Staneshwar will discuss the course of sādhanā, or Tantric Practice, that is deeply aligned with Yoga and Vedānta.
To dispel the illusion that surrounds Tantric practice, the audience is encourage to ask questions throughout the conversation.

About the Speaker
Dr. Sthaneshwar Timalsina is both an esteemed scholar of Indian Philosophy and a traditionally trained Ācārya in the Sarvāmnāya Tantric Tradition. He holds a Ph.D. in Classical Indian Philosophy from Martin Luther Universität in Halle, Germany and has been serving as a Professor at San Diego University since 2014. In addition to his academic accomplishments and extensive publications, Dr. Timalsina is also a popular teacher and speaker who has delivered dozens of lectures to prestigious academic and religious institutions around the world.
