Vimarsha Foundation is a modern school (gurukula) for teaching and reflecting on the ancient wisdom of rishis and siddhas. We aim to integrate text and practice (śāstra and sādhanā) while sustaining traditional modes of the transmission (paramparā) of contemplative methods with open-ended rational approaches.

My grand teacher, Gopinath Kaviraj, told my teacher that one just needs to read three books in life: Yogasutra with Vyāsa's commentary, Vijñānabhairava, and Virūpāksapañcāśikā.
