About
Śrī Parā Hṛdayam is a śāstra revealed through Ācārya Dr. Sthaneshwar Timalsina, who is a traditionally trained, consecrated with sarvādhikāra-sarvasāṃrājya dīkṣā and is authorized as Śaivācārya within Nepali Sarvāmnāya Order. He is also the Endowed Chair of Indic Studies in New York, U.S.A. at Stony Brook University's College of Arts & Sciences in the Department of Asian & Asian-American Studies. The Kashmiri Trika system, as systematized by the great master Abhinavagupta (950-1020), had as its inner essence and highest realization the worship of the singular goddess Parā in the system known as the Anuttara Trika, revealed in the scripture Parātrīśikā. This text integrates the Anuttara Trika system with the centrality of Parā alongside the deities of the other transmissions - including Tripurā, Kālikā and Kubjikā. It synthesizes the core concepts in the Trika, in particular the concepts discussed by Abhinavagupta in his Parātrīśikā commentaries. This course is a combination of two workshops, one in Kashi and the other in Walden, taught by Ācāryajī himself. We now make it available for the welfare of all seekers around the globe.
