Haṭha Yoga - Any Recommendations?

Ācārya Sthaneshwar recommends haṭha yoga in the Antarāla course, so I'm hoping that those with more experience with this sampradāya can recommend some resources for those of us with no experience with haṭha yoga, especially since the Internet can so easily lead us astray. Which Youtube channel, website, book, ancient scripture, etc would those who've found success on this path recommend for starting our haṭha yoga practice? Thanks in advance!

Hey Michael, where are you based? As a teacher myself I would recommend that you find a local teacher that you can practice with in person rather than trying to find someone on the internet. Yoga is an embodied practice and you need someone who is both embodied and experienced to guide you.
