Upanishad mentioned in todays discussion (Yogasūtra of Patañjali)
During the answer of a question on Prana, Ācārya recommended the reading of a Upanishad. I wad not able to note it down, but I guess it was Prashna, does that sound right?

Pretty sure it was Prashna! Weirdly, that was the one I read this morning. If you don't have a book, I would recommend the Upanishads by Eknath Easwaran. Unless of course someone who has been initiated has a better recommendation.
