Hello, I am really behind my other classmates in Tantrik studies. I am trying to focus on myself via Iccha Shakti, but I can't seem to be able to will myself into constant meditation. Is manipura chakra similiar to Iccha Shakti? I'd love to know more. Thank you!!!!
