Bhoot Shuddhi Meditation Queries
Hello All,
When Acharya ji says ”Visualize earth element”
what exactly do you visualize? Any object reference?
When he says “Now dissolve earth into “Lam”
How exactly do you ’dissolve’ it in an alphabet? I mean how do you imagine this?!
Is there any reference for better visualisation of the process..

To the best of my understanding, by the earth element, it's the solidity in your body that is meant. So you think of everything that is sturdy in your body from the bones to the flesh - all that is solid and retains its shape as coming from the Lam bija or that characteristic being reinforced by the Lam bija. That's as well as I can understand it at least.
