Advice for the six months period
Hello,
I am sure many of you here are in the process of experiencing those six months in preparation for initiation, and I would love to ask for some advice or insight.
I would love to hear about, especially, how you are getting familiar with the Sanskrit alphabet and with the bīja (meaning the symbols for visualization).

In my little understanding , the six months are not so much about getting to know the letters and the paddhatis ( Methods) as eventually when you practice sadhana you will have to learn them any which ways ( You will feel a spontaneous tug to do so), the six months might be given for one to judge if they are currently in the right setting for a initiation or do they mentally agree with philosophy of the tradition and to streamline their life around sadhana.
