Hello, my name is Casey and I reside on Long Island New York where I have lived my whole life. I was initiated into the Ramakrishna mission in 2022 and given the spiritual name Karuna. I have learned a lot about the Vedantic teachings from the revered Ramakrishna mission monastics. What attracts me to Sri Ramakrishna is both the universal teachings and his deep love and devotion for the divine mother Kali. I see Sri Ramakrishna as an incarnation of Jesus Christ and other great masters.
