My name is Desmond Meraz. I am 41 years old, a family man, and work in the field of behavioral health. I have studied religion and philosophy for many years and specialized in Islamic Sufism prior to becoming exposed to Tantra earlier this year.

If you see my name around in different places, it is because I have greatly benefitted from Āchārya and the work of the Vimarsha Foundation, and I try to give back by contributing in some small way to the advancement of their admirable efforts and vision.

I am a beginner to Shastric studies and hope to learn from all of you as well as get to know you better. I have always viewed forums like this as a great opportunity to make connections with people who have similar interests and aspirations from all around the world.
