Tips on Practice?

At the end of the Introduction to Sarvāmnāya Tantra, Acharya Ji teaches four practices: OṀ Uccāra, prāṇāyāma, bhūtaśuddhi, and mātr̥kā visualization. The first one is preparatory along with one's Sankalpa, but is there a recommendation on when to do the other three? Should they be done in succession or one type in the morning, the other at night? I'm just curious how others incorporate the practice.

Try to do them all in sequence during the same session. As for what time of day, that's up to you, but doing it in the morning is slightly preferred if that works with your schedule. It allows you to carry the feeling with you throughout the day, and you're less likely to feel sleepy during the sit, and the other humans are usually less noisy/intrusive at that time.
