Acharyaji says to visualise and dissolve the elements into their bija aksharas. How exactly are you supposed to do this? When he says visualise the Earth element, does he mean visualise the whole body as the solid Earth and then as liquid, etc? I am visualising my whole body in/on/ becoming fire, is this the right technique or am I doing it wrong? Should we also keep the metaphors in mind - like solditiy/ determination for Earth, fluidity/creativity for Water, will for Fire, etc when we visualise the elements or not?

Finally, do y'all visualise the flower petals horizontal or vertical on the frame of the body?
