Hello everyone,

Hearing about the gayatri metric in the Ratri Sukta Q&A session made me want to learn a Chandi gayatri.

There are many different versions on the web, some include bija forms. Since I remember hearing Acharyaji saying that bijas are for advanced practioners I'll avoid those but I would like to know what you guys think about this one for example:

ॐ चण्डिकायै विद्महे

महादेव्या धीमहि

तन्नो देवी प्रचोदयात्

(oṁ caṇḍikāyai vidmahe

mahādevyā dhīmahi

tanno devī pracodayāt)

I'm a beginner in Sanskrit so I'm not sure about the grammatical accuracy. But at least if I counted correctly this is a 24-syllable mantra, as a Gayatri should be.
