(given that it's months later, I'm assuming/hoping you've already found the portion you're looking for, but I'm including this in case anyone else here has simililar problems finding original scriptures)
If you don't mind it being in a different format, you can find it in Muktabodha:

Click on "Enter library" under "Searchable E-text Library".
On the following page, select "Click here to enter digital library" and enter the username and password they provide.
On the following page, in the bottom left, is a pane called "Muktabodha Indological Catalog", where you can find the Tantraloka and other works, in multiple formats (PDF, different scripts, etc).
